Payment Options
For your convenience we accept personal check or cash payments, credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), or your personal financing through Care Credit. Please note that an additional charge of $25.00 will be added to your bill for each returned check. 
 

• 7 % cash or check for 100 % of treatment cost, paid same day as diagnosis
• 5 % cash or check for 100 % of treatment cost, paid same day as treatment
• 5 % credit card for 100 % of treatment cost, paid same day as diagnosis
• 2 % credit card for 100 % of treatment cost paid same day as treatment

No discounts for partial payments  

Billing Questions
If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us. Many times, a simple telephone call may clear any misunderstanding.  

Statements
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. We will be happy to assist you in making arrangements for a monthly payment plan through an independent lending institution, but that mutual agreement among all parties must be reached prior to the actual procedure.
