Dr. Daniel Florian, DMD

Dr. Daniel Florian came to the United States in 1978 with his family from Arad, Romania.  He went to Midpark Highschool in Middleburg Heights, Ohio and graduated in 1990 as well as obtaining his STNA license.

Prior to graduation, Dr. Florian began taking prerequesite courses towards acceptance into the physician assistant program at Cuyahoga Community College and the following year was accepted into the program.  He graduated in 1993 with an Associates of Applied Science in Physician Assisting and began working in general surgery at Southwest General Hospital.  Over the next 20 years Dr. Florian specialized in a variety of surgical specialties including general, orthopedic, plastic, vascular, GYN, urology and oral surgery.  He also, expanded his field of practice by joining the staff in the emergency department at Kaiser Permanente in Parma, Ohio. Since 1997 to present Dr. Florian has been on staff in the surgery department at Fairview Hospital, a Cleveland Clinic Hospital and recently joined it's medical staff as a dentist.

After taking undergraduate courses at Cleveland State University, Dr. Florian earned a bachelor's degree in liberal arts from Excelsior College in Albany, New York.  He attended dental school at Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio where he graduated with a Doctor of Medical Dentistry (D.M.D.) degree in 2008. After graduation Dr. Florian joined a general dental practice in Akron, Ohio where he practiced for 2 years, afterwhich he purchased a cosmetic general dental practice in North Royalton, Ohio where he currently practices.

Dr. Florian is certified in INVISALIGN, LUMINEERS and LASER dentistry.  He is working on his accreditation in Implant placement and Botox cosmetic / dental treatments.  He is also a member of The American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Cleveland Dental Society and Midwest Implant Institute.

Dr. Florian has been married to Mirona since 2006 and have been blessed with two beautiful children. He enjoys cycling, swimming, traveling and spending time with his wife and children..

Mirona Florian (office manager) completed courses in business management from Emmanuel University in Romania and has been with the practice since September 2011. She married Dr. Florian in 2006 and now have two beautiful children ages 1 and 2. Mirona enjoys traveling, swimming and spending time with the family.
Donna Brown (appointment coordinator) graduated from Midpark Highschool in 1986. She is happily married and has two children ages 18 and 23.  Donna has been in the dental field for 10 years, last four in the current office. She enjoys traveling, shopping and spending time with her family.
Kathy Petrunyak (financial/collections coordinator) is happily married to Richard for 35 years and has three children (and still waiting for grandchildren). Kathy has been working in the dental field for 10 years, the last four in her current position. Traveling to casino's, shopping and crafts top her list of favorite things to do.
Cindy Brennan (assistant) graduated from Berea Highschool and Polaris Vocational in 1986.  She attended Cuyahoga Comminity College and EMT school, as well as, working in a hospital for 8 years. Cindy has been working in the dental field for 23 years and in this current practice for 13 years.  Traveling, taking long walks on the beach and photographty are interests that Cindy enjoys.
Marianne Zannin (assistant) graduated in 1983 from North Royalton Highschool and Cuyahoga Valley Joint Vocational School, afterwhich she continued on to Kent State University.  Marianne has been in the dental field for over 25 years in different functions and for 2 years in the current practice. Marianne has two children ages 8 and 10 and enjoys traveling and sight seeing.
Sharri Deutsch (hygienist) graduated from Parma High School and Normandy Vocational Dental Assistent program in 1981. She then attended Cuyahoga Community College and received her Associates of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 1994. Sharri has been a dental hygienist for 17 years and 15 of those years with the practice.  She is married, has 3 children and enjoys attending their sports activities.
Michelle Bartell (hygienist) graduated from Cuyahoga Community College in 1977 with an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene, afterwhich she obtained her Bachelors degree from Baldwin Wallace College. Michelle has been a hygienist for over 35 years and 6 of the last years at the current practice. Her hobbies include jewelry design, traveling and spending time with her husband of 25 years Brent.
Donna Stevens (hygienist) graduated with a degree in dental hygiene from Rose State College in 1991 and has been involved in the dental profession for over 20 years since, four of the last at the current practice. She's been married to her husband Guy for over 20 years and has 5 wonderful children. Donna enjoys spending time at the beach, eating out and spending time with her family.
