Both Barb and I are very satisfied with the care that Dr. Florian and his staff provide us. We, being on a very fixed budget appreciate the manner in which you make every effort to NOT recommend dental work that would be more costly when you asertain a less cosly method would work just as well for us. We come from Akron (some 30 miles one way) for each vist but you and your staff are very well worth our drive: even when the snow is very DEEP.....Barb and Bob Z.

My husband and I have previously been patients of several chain dental practices within the Cleveland suburb areas.   We were routinely given large and expensive treatment plans and it seemed like our dental problems never got better.  We were often told during our 6 month cleaning apointments that we needed scaling, which is more expensive, instead of the usual cleaning because we had gum problems and continued like this for a long time.  Two weeks ago I was outside doing lawn work and while talking to my neighboor I explained my dissatisfaction with my current dental provider.  She told me to get a second opinion and referred me to Dr. Florian and his staff at Royalton Denatl Associates.  At first I was hesitant, but then I deciede to make an appointment and met with Dr. Florian just last week.  Wow, what a difference!  He and his staff were curteous, friendly and professional.  I didn't feel like just another number on his schedule.  Dr. Florian took the time to sit down and explain everything in a language I can understand and  encouraged me to ask questions.  I didn't feel like a number or pressured into any unnecessary or expensive treatment.  Thanks Dr. Florian!  You have a patient for life.....AP.
